Highly recommended, business owner is very responsive and informative. I had plenty of questions for weekly meal preps and he patiently answered all questions and helped pick the desired meals. Great customer service, delivery is always on time and flexible. Meals are absolutely delicious and fresh. our concern was meals wouldn't stay fresh for continuous days but they reassured there wouldn't be an issue and so far no problems with freshness. if you're a busy individual and don't have time to meal prep I would highly suggest their services, they have an extensive menu with weekly schedule so you're never bored.

Was I really excited to hit up a place with all of six reviews? Yes! (Shout out to fellow Yelper Sama C for the hot tip!) This completely unassuming spot in Ironbound Newark cranks out some great little to-go meals specifically for packing the fridge for the week ahead with healthy and good tasting ready-to-eat meals. If you're a big eater, you'll probably want to get more than one per meal. But at the price point (typically in the $7-8 range per dish) they're legit. Order a day ahead through their website for pick up the next day. Closed on Saturdays. Given the trip for me, I make this a multi-stop Newark run along with fish market, Portuguese bakery, and authentic Spanish lunch (several great spots in same area, but I'll leave that for another review).

My #ThankYouThursday is to give thanks to this local business. Meal Prep Mania is a meal prep kitchen that combines healthy clean eating with affordable pricing. I have been coming here for many years now, and this place has grown over time. They offer many options when buying a well balanced meal. This includes selecting one of the many meals, building your own customized meals, and trying out some of their weekly specials. Oh, and how can I forget the healthy desserts and snacks! My genuine gratitude goes out to M.P.M. for saving me lots of money as well as providing me a daily solid meal option. Since I eat a lot, and have a workout regime that craves healthy clean eating; this place is a win for me.... And, when I save quite a few dollars here then I can splurge on those fancy shmancy night out dining experiences. Thank you M.P.M. for doing what you do!

I'm not sure how I stumbled across this business, but I'm glad I did. Recently, I've been going through a love/hate relationship with cooking and dieting and realized that I spend too much money on food that I don't eat. Additionally, between hectic work weeks, even cleaning up AFTER I cooked has been stress inducing. Enter: Meal Prep Mania. MP Mania is located on Oliver street in Newark (ironbound section) in a fairly residential street. I placed my order online and got to choose from a solid selection of options and was met with an email confirmation to pick up my order anytime the following day. The types of food you can expect are standard meal prep items: chicken/beef/fish over rice or sweet potato, protein quesadillas, protein waffles/pancakes, fish/chicken kale salads and more. What's amazing about this place is the owner constantly mixes up the specials (from what I noticed) so you'll always get a diverse week of food. The real 5 star comes from the value here. Menu items are 5-8 dollars for decently portioned and delicious meals. Where I see meal prep places fail is price. There's a few competitors in the area that I used to use (and are not doing well) because they charge $10/meal. And as we all know, most meal prep meals are a protein, rice and veggies (usually green beans or broccoli). The average consumer looks at their credit card statement and thinks "wow! I can cut my meal prep bill by 80% if I cook my own chicken over rice!". Which is valid! That's why I love MP Mania!!! They are priced right! For the nutrients, for the taste and for the ease, the price is worth it! I'll continue to be a customer of MP Mania and have already been recommending it to all my friends in the Newark/Harrison area! An amazing gem of a find! I'm glad these guys/gals are doing well! WOW! Well done meal prep mania! I decided to invest in a week of food, as I'm always cooking for my fiancé and never know what diet he's on so I always wind up wasting food. These meals are all healthy, perfectly portioned and delicious! I've taken one for lunch/ dinner everyday so far. The process to order is super easy I just text it in and pick it up. My new favorite service!

This food is delicious, healthy, and affordable. I reached out to them via email before I ordered because I had some questions, and they replied almost immediately and took the time to explain the ordering/delivery process. The delivery driver came within the window of time I was told, and my order was correct. Will 100% be ordering again.

This place is beyond what a review can describe. The food is impecable, fresh, healthy, clean and just exactly what a meal prep company should be!!! We order for the office a weekly for a few months now and everything has been perfect mistakes happen in life and it's by no means common with them BUT when it has happened they have been beyond accommodating. If you are looking for meal prep to make your life healthy and easy this is it!!!
